I am Rose Siebe Owner/Stylist. I’m a 1985 Capri Graduate. I offer all aspects of Hair & Waxing, specializing in acrylic nails,
gel/shellac manicures, and pedicures. I am also a Certified Licensed Permanent Make-up Artist since 2016, trained in Texas & Michigan. I offer Microblading & eyeliner and after 35 years I still love my profession.

Amber graduated from Capri in 2007. She specializes in hair and nail services. She has the drive to work in a salon that values the clients wishes and needs to deliver superior services and as well as enjoying what she does.

Dawn graduated in Capri College in 1988. She has enjoyed working in the profession since and loves all aspects of her job from hair, skin and nails. She loves to do something different everyday.

Ellen has been in the cosmetology industry for 18 years. She graduated from La James Cosmetology college in 2000. After graduation she worked at KJ and Kompany, in Waterloo, IA for 8 years. A Dubuque native, she moved back to the area in 2008. Ellen loves all aspects of haircare and specializes in color, haircuts and formal styling. Ellen also offers services in nail care, waxing and make-up.

Julie graduated from Capri College in 1996. Furthering her education in make-up artistry she graduated from The Make-up Designory in Burbank, California. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of hair care and make up, specializing in coloring, foiling and spray tanning.

Kaitlyn has been doing hair since she graduated from cosmetology school at the top of her class, in 2016. She offers hair services, bridal and special occasion services including airbrush makeup. Continuing her education consistently, she has become a certified lash technician in 2017. She specializes in volume and mega volume eyelash extensions. As well as offering special occasion lashes.

I’m Jessica and I am a Dubuque native and Capri graduate in 2007. After working at Capri for a few years I became a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor and specialized in the Hair Extension Program along with the Nail Tech Program for several years before coming to the salon full-time. I am a Certified Hair Extension Specialist along with being a Certified Eyelash Tech with 7+ years of experience. My love for the beauty industry will always be!

Jen has been a cosmetologist in the Dubuque area since 1990. She is also a licensed and certified Microblade and Permanent Makeup Artist since 2018. Receiving her training from world-renowned Master Artist Kay Holtz. Jen offers micro blading, powder/ombre brows, and permanent eyeliner among her other services.
